Types of Dreams:
Processing - rehash events of the day-sleep-working/subconscious digest billions of message units exposed to all day.
Venting - getting rid of your fears through the dream. Gives you the ability to release limiting self beliefs
People - facets of yourself, your boss-interpret meaning, mother, etc
Integration - you or someone else acting out in extreme way/ you see someone skydiving and there’s a part of you that wants to take more risks.
Recurring - deliver message to conscious mind/enhances well being/ happiness should you accept.
Breakdown/breakthrough - disasters, death, fires, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes. Indicate great change on horizon.
Prophetic - can reveal more than any psychic could/dream of wise being, Mother Teresa, Buddha, spirit guide & feel they’ve given you gift/taught you life lesson.
Affirmation:
My dream consciousness is strong. I remember my dreams with high details. I am a lucid dreamer when I need clear guidance.
